 Korakies is a small village at Akrotiri, Chania, Crete and the region of the four modern two storey villas. In an area of 2016.99 m2 all four villas have been constructed, each having its very own yards with BBQ areas and parking spaces. Each villa is independent from the others and all of them have basements in the same square meterw of the floors.

   This house was a project constructed by “Orfeas” stemming from its off plan scheme offered by the Company, in the resort of Agia Marina, Chania, Crete.  It stands at a constructed size of 200 m2 which is the two storeys plus a 160 m2 of basement. The construction was completed in a period of 6 months from start to finish including all regulations of safety according to the law.

This renovation took place in the old city of Chania in its quaint street of Portou, Crete. This project was to replace an old, damaged roof belonging to an abandoned two floor building, the demolition of the second floor and it’s reconstruction and generally all the necessary repairs in order to have a brand new house that combines safety, beauty, viability according to the law and the architectural demands of the archeology.

 This block of Offices was constructed by Orfeas Constructions in 2008 in the region of Platanias.

It is a modern designed block od offices, having 5 Ground Floor Offices of a total area of 293 m2 and 5 First Floor Offices of a 208 m2 area.
